Abe Masakiyo was the fifth Abe clan lord of Fukuyama han, ruling in that position from 1803 until his death in 1826.
The third son of Abe Masatomo, he succeeded his father in 1803, as Masatomo entered retirement.
Masakiyo served for periods as sôshaban and jisha bugyô before being named to the rôjû. However, he served as rôjû for only six years before stepping down on account of illness. He died three years later, in 1826, and was succeeded as lord of Fukuyama by his son Abe Masayasu.
