Abe Masakuni was the first Abe clan lord of Fukuyama han, ruling from 1710 to 1715. Prior to that, he ruled as lord of Iwatsuki, Miyazu, and Utsunomiya domains as well.

Masakuni was born the second child and heir to Abe Sadataka, lord of Iwatsuki han. Masakuni was two years old when his father died; his uncle (Sadataka's younger brother) Abe Masaharu then became lord of Iwatsuki. Once Masakuni was of age, he was permitted to succeed his uncle and become lord of the domain. Ten years later, he was reassigned to Miyazu han, and then another sixteen years later to Utsunomiya han, before being finally reassigned to Fukuyama domain in 1710.

Masakuni died in 1715 and was succeeded by his son Abe Masayoshi.
