Abe Masayasu was the sixth Edo period lord of Fukuyama han, ruling as such from 1826 to 1836.

He was the third son of Abe Masakiyo, and became lord of Fukuyama upon his father's death in 1826. Masayasu was named sôshaban at one time, but resigned the post due to illness. He ruled as lord of Fukuyama for about ten years, but went into retirement also due to illness, being succeeded by his younger brother Abe Masahiro.

Masayasu died in 1870.
