Ijûin Tadaaki was a karô and chief military strategist for the Shimazu clan in the 16th century.

The son of Ijuin Tadakimi, he fought alongside Shimazu Tadayoshi and Shimazu Takahisa in battles for the Shimazu clan succession. Tadaaki took part in the 1539 battle of Murasakibaru, as well as battles against the Honda and Ichiki clans, and aided Shimazu Yoshihisa in the 1554 siege of Iwatsurugi.

Tadaaki's son, grandson, and great-grandson all served as Shimazu karô after him.
