Sô Tsuneshige was the 4th head of the [[So clan|Sô clan]].
He was a vassal of the [[Shoni clan|Shôni clan]], and served as ''[[shugodai]]'' of [[Chikuzen province]]. Tsuneshige extended Sô influence on [[Tsushima]], dispatching his younger brother [[So Soko|Sô Sôkô]] to serve as ''[[daikan]]'' there.
In [[1368]], he sent envoys to [[Goryeo|Korea]] for the first time as head of the Sô clan.
He was succeeded by his nephew [[So Sumishige|Sô Sumishige]], a son of Sôkô.
