  • Titles: Oroku satunushi
  • Japanese/Chinese: 周詢 (Ba Shuujun / Mǎ Zhōuxún)

Ba Shûjun was a scholar-aristocrat from the Ryûkyû Kingdom. At the age of 16, he served as a gakudôji (entertainer) on the 1850 Ryukyuan embassy to Edo. He held the title of Oroku satunushi at that time.

A folding fan bearing his calligraphy, produced by him and given as a gift to the operators of the honjin at Futagawa-juku post-station, remains in the collection of the Futagawa-juku Honjin Museum today.
