Kin Yûka was a Ryukyuan scholar-bureaucrat, who served as a musician (gakushi) on the 1764 Ryukyuan embassy to Edo.

He also previously, beginning in 1760, led the training of pages (koshô) who were responsible for playing music, performing dances, and participating otherwise in a variety of court ceremonies.

In conjunction with being named to the 1764 mission, Kin was conferred the privilege of wearing a yellow court cap.
