Ganaha Shusho

• Japanese: 我那覇秀昌 (Ganaha Shuushou)

Ganaha peechin Shûshô was a Ryukyuan scholar-aristocrat who was among the first to serve as an interpreter between the Ryukyuan royal court and Satsuma han authorities following Satsuma's invasion of Ryûkyû in 1609.

A member of the Gyû (牛) lineage. After serving as interpreter beginning in 1609, he was then in 1611 named Shinobose bugyô (仕上世奉行), in charge of leading the annual mission to Kagoshima.
