Ôkôchi Teruna was the last Edo period lord of Takasaki han in Kôzuke province.
He was a nephew of Hotta Masatomo, last lord of Sakura han in Shimousa province (Teruna's mother was an older sister of Masatomo's).
Ôkôchi, also known as Genkeikaku, was an accomplished calligrapher.
