Takeda Nobuchika

• Born: 1541
• Died: 1582

Nobuchika was Takeda Shingen's second son. He was born blind and so was not fit for leading men in battle, though he acted as heir to the Unno family of Shinano. He committed suicide when Kai was invaded by the Oda and Tokugawa in 1582. His son Nobumitsu was afterwards protected by Tokugawa Ieyasu from harm.
