Minagawa Kien

Minagawa Kien was a Confucian scholar based in Kyoto in the late 18th century.

He is known for a number of activities including contributing to sponsoring or organizing a series of Spring-Autumn Exhibition at Higashiyama biannual art exhibits in the 1790s.[1]

His grave is located at Amida-ji temple along Teramachi Avenue in Kyoto.[2]
