Katsuren Seiki was a Ryukyuan scholar-aristocrat who served as zaiban oyakata, overseeing affairs at the Ryûkyû-kan in Kagoshima, from 1852 until 1853.

He traveled to Kagoshima in 1852 as the head of the Ryûkyû Kingdom's annual nentôshi mission, and then took over the position of zaiban oyakata for a term of one year. In 1853, he was succeeded by Gushikawa Chôfuku.
