A representation of the Wild Duck Kôan by Genro

Suiô Genro was a Zen monk and painter, who succeeded Hakuin as abbot of Shôin-ji, and also followed in Hakuin's footsteps in the style of his painting. He studied painting under Ike no Taiga.
