Ōsawa Noriaki was a Tokugawa shogunate official who served as Nagasaki bugyô beginning in 1852. He was the lead figure who interacted with Russian naval captain Yevfimy Vasilyevich Putyatin, who arrived in Nagasaki in 1853.[1]

Noriaki was promoted from Nishinomaru metsuke to Nagasaki bugyô on 1852/5/15,[2] and served in that position until 1854/5/9, when he was reassigned Kobushin bugyô.[3] Noriaki was then reassigned from the position of Sakuji bugyô to that of Kanjô bugyô in 1858.[4]

His adoptive son Ôsawa Ken'ichirô fought on the side of the shogunate in the Boshin War.
