Utsunomiya Kintsuna was the 9th lord of Utsunomiya castle.

He was born in 1302, the second son of Utsunomiya Sadatsuna, 8th lord of Utsunomiya castle. Kintsuna made a name for himself in a number of battles of the Nanboku-chô period, including one against Kusunoki Masashige while the latter was encamped at Tennô-ji temple in Osaka.

Kintsuna is buried alongside his father at Kôzen-ji temple in Utsunomiya City.
