Ōsawa Noriaki was a Tokugawa shogunate official who served as Nagasaki bugyô beginning in 1852. He was the lead figure who interacted with Russian naval captain Yevfimy Vasilyevich Putyatin, who arrived in Nagasaki in 1853.[1]

Noriaki was promoted from Nishinomaru metsuke to Nagasaki bugyô on 1852/5/15.[2]
