Osaka Campaign

The two campains, the Osaka Winter Campaign (1614) and the Osaka Summer Campaign (1615) by which Ieyasu destroyed Hideyoshi's son Hideyori in Osaka Castle. This marked the end of the Sengoku. After this, there was no focal point for resistance to the shogunate for almost 250 years.
