- Japanese: 松浦 答 (Matsura Kotau)
Matsura Kotau was a Kamakura period member of the Matsura clan of Hirado; he was the first head of the house to be based in Hirado. He is known for participating in fighting off the first of the Mongol invasions in 1274 at Hakata, and fighting off the second invasion in 1281 at Shikanoshima.
