Shieikan is Tennen Rishin-ryu Dojo, existed in in Ichigaya,Tokyo. The Dojo was established by Kondo Shusuke in 1839. After Kondo Isami joined Roushigumi, Sato Hikogoro maintained it by 1867.

Shieikan is known for the major Shinsengumi members Hijikata Toshizo Okita Souji Inoue Genzaburo Yamanami Keisuke Nagakura Shinpachi Harada Sanosuke Todo Heisuke Saito Hajime gathered.
