Kiso-hime was the wife of Sakai Tadatomi, sixth Sakai clan lord of Himeji han.

Born in Edo the fourth daughter of Sakai Tadanori and his wife Kiyo-hime, she was married to Sakai Tadatomi in 1845.

Following her death in 1870, she was buried at Keifuku-ji in Himeji, along with many of the other women of the Sakai clan.
