The Shieikan is the Tennen Rishin Ryu Dojo, which existed in Ichigaya, Tokyo. The Dojo was established by Kondo Shusuke in 1839. After Kondo Isami joined the Roshigumi, Sato Hikogoro maintained it until 1867. The Shieikan is known for where the major Shinsengumi members: Hijikata Toshizo, Okita Soji, Inoue Genzaburo, Yamanami Keisuke, Nagakura Shinpachi, Harada Sanosuke, Todo Heisuke, gathered.
The Shieikan dojo was supported by many wealthy farmers in Tama district such as Sato Hikogoro, Kojima Shikanosuke.
