Kiso-hime was the wife of [[Sakai Tadatomi]], lord of [[Himeji han]].
Born in [[Edo]] the fourth daughter of [[Sakai Tadanori]] and his wife [[Kiyo-hime]], she was married to Sakai Tadatomi in [[1845]].
Following her death in [[1870]], she was buried at [[Keifuku-ji]] in [[Himeji]], along with many of the other women of the [[Sakai clan]].
