::Sorry for the confusion. All the dates that I gave in numerals should be the accurate Japanese dates. Those I gave in the English month names are the only ones for which I do not know the Japanese equivalent. For example, July 1853 runs from the 25th of the 5th month to the 26th of the 6th month of the Japanese lunar calendar. I could just guess and write that it happened during the 6th lunar month, but without a precise Western date, I cannot be positive which Japanese month is correct. Follow? I'm actually really disappointed and annoyed that this Japanese chronology I'm working from now is written only in Western dates. Sort of defeats the purpose of using a Japanese language text in the hopes that it'd be more precise, accurate, whatever. [[User:LordAmeth|LordAmeth]] 06:59, 20 January 2008 (PST)
