Takasuke was the eldest son of [[Nasu Masasuke]]. He clashed with the [[Utsunomiya clan|Utsunomiya]] and, when he got the upper hand, [[Utsunomiya Hirotsuna]] resorted to a trick, luring Takasuke out of [[Karasuyama castle]] in 1551 and then having him murdered. Takasuke was succeeded by his younger brother [[Nasu Suketane|Suketane]].
