Do you know when he died? I'd be curious, as none of my sources say very much about him at all. He was imprisoned in Vietnam in 1600-01, and perhaps later than that, as Nguyen Hoang communicated with not-quite-yet-Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu about what to do with him.
