There was a [[Seisatsu]] which accused [[Choshu han]] as the enemy of the Imperial court near Sanjo bridge.
1866/8/28, the Seisatsu was pulled and trashed on the side of Kamo river.
9/2, new Seisatsu was put but was gone in 3 days.
9/10, [[Bakufu]] put new Seisatsu and ordered the [[Shinsengumi]] to keep watching it.
