Oda Uraku was the 11th son of Oda Nobuhide, and a younger brother of Oda Nobunaga. A prominent tea master, the Uraku school of tea ceremony traces the origin of its tradition to him.

His given name was Nagamasu; Uraku was a pseudonym ().

Following the death of Oda Nobunaga in the 1582 Honnôji Incident and decline of the Oda clan, Uraku entered the service of Toyotomi Hideyoshi. He fought under Tokugawa Ieyasu in the Battle of Sekigahara (1600), and just before the Osaka Campaign, retired to Kyoto. Following the Tokugawa victory at Osaka, Ieyasu asked Uraku to look into the fate of Hideyoshi's tea instruments, and to recover those he could.

In his later years, Uraku became involved in tea ceremony, and is counted among the seven leading disciples of Sen no Rikyû. He died in 1621 at the age of 70.
