Nawa clan

Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Nawa were a house based in Higo province, near Yatsushiro, known for their naval support of the Seiseifu and of the Southern Court in the 14th century.
Long based at a castle near Yatsushiro known alternatively as Hanaoka or Sashiki castle, the Nawa relocated to Uto in 1405.
