Matsuzakaya Co., Ltd. is a major Japanese department store chain.

The company was founded in Nagoya in 1611, and opened its first Kyoto store in 1745. In 1910, the company was officially incorporated as a stock corporation (kabushiki gaisha), under the name Itô Dry-Goods Co., Ltd. (Itô gôfukuten). The company took its current name in 1925.

The corporate headquarters is located in the Sakae neighborhood of Nagoya. It is today a subsidiary of the Japanese holding company J. Front Retailing. The flagship store in Nagoya has the largest sales floor in Japan.
