Shô Keiho was a Ryukyuan scholar-official who served as sôrikan in negotiations with Nicolas Francois Guerin of France in 1855, alongside fuseikan Tanabaru ueekata Ba Ryôsai. On 1855/10/15 (Nov 24), Shô Keiho, Ba Ryôsai, and other kingdom officials formally concluded a Treaty of Amity with Commander Guerin.

He held the title of Motobu anji.
