Hair & teeth grave of Princess Yamashina at Sengan'en

Princess Yamashina Hisako was a daughter of Shimazu Tadayoshi, 29th head of the Shimazu clan. She was born and raised at the Shimazu clan's Iso Palace (Sengan'en) in Kagoshima, and married Imperial Prince Yamashina Kikumaro.

Following her death, some of her teeth and hair were buried at a gravesite at the Sengan'en.
