Oroku Ryôwa, also known by his Chinese-style name Ba Ôshô, was a Ryukyuan scholar-official. He served as Deputy Envoy (fukushi) of the 1806 mission to Edo, and for a time as Omono bugyô (O: Umun bujô, Magistrate of the Royal Storehouses), before becoming a member of the Sanshikan.
