Suzuki Shigetomo
From SamuraiWiki
Jump to navigationJump to searchShigetomo was a son of Suzuki Sadayû and like his brother, Shigehide, was an expert in the deployment of arquebusiers. He came to serve Toyotomi Hideyoshi and served with Shigehide in Korea. In 1600 he sided with Ishida Mitsunari and was present at the Seige of Tanabe. The events of his life following the conclusion of the Sekigahara Campaign are unclear and he appears to be confused in the records with his brother (or vice versa).
