Abe Masanori was the eighth [[Abe clan]] lord of [[Fukuyama han]], ruling as such from [[1857]] to [[1861]].
He became lord of the domain in 1857, upon the death of his elder brother [[Abe Masahiro]].<ref>Ishin Shiryô Kôyô 維新史料綱要, vol 2 (1937), 395.</ref>
Masanori himself died a few years later in [[1861]]. He was succeeded by [[Abe Masakata]].
