Tsuda Sôtatsu, also known as Tennôjiya, was a [[Sakai]] merchant and [[tea ceremony|tea]] practitioner, noted as one of the first to record a ''chakai-ki'' ("record of a tea gathering").

His son [[Tsuda Sogyu|Tsuda Sôgyu]] became one of the most prominent and influential figures in the tea circles of Sakai, alongside [[Sen no Rikyu|Sen no Rikyû]] and [[Imai Sokyu|Imai Sôkyû]].
