So Sadashige

He was a grandson of Sô Tsuneshige, 4th head of the clan. His father's name was Reikan. The first half of Sadashige's tenure as head of the family is known chiefly for his activities in Chikuzen province, but later established a shugo headquarters at Minemachi in Saga, and devoted efforts to combatting wakô. In recognition of those efforts, the Korean court sent him gifts of rice. His tenure was also a period in which the Sô received a number of sutras and bronze bells from Korea.
Sadashige was succeeded by his son Sô Sadamori.
