Mo Seishin

Mô Seishin was a Ryukyuan scholar-bureaucrat who served as the Vice Envoy (fukushi) on the 1842 Ryukyuan embassy to Edo.

He was named to the 1842 mission while in Kagoshima on 1840/9/10.
