Matsura Arinobu was the 31st head of the Matsura clan and the 7th Edo period lord of Hirado han.

The eldest son of Matsura Atsunobu, 6th lord of the domain, Arinobu succeeded his father upon his father's retirement, but fell ill and died the following year.
