Kuchiki Masatsuna

Kuchiki Masatsuna was a rangaku scholar who is known for his associations with Isaac Titsingh, and for demonstrating a particularly excellent grasp of Dutch language, in his surviving letters.

Kuchiki wrote two books: one on Western coins, entitled Seiyô senpu, and one on the geography and customs of Western countries, Taisei yochi zusetsu.
