Not to be confused with keisei 傾城 ("castle-topper"), a euphemism for courtesans.

Keisei was an older brother of court noble Kujô Michiie. Castaway in 1243, possibly in the Ryûkyû Islands, he compiled an account of his experiences entitled Hyôtô Ryûkyûkoku ki.
