- Japanese: 井上 清直 (Inoue Kiyonao)
Inoue Kiyonao was a Tokugawa shogunate official who served as Shimoda bugyô from 1855 to 1859. He played a central role in treaty negotiations with US consul general Townsend Harris, and held the concurrent position of Gaikoku bugyô (Foreign Affairs Magistrate) beginning in 1858, before being reassigned in 1859 to the position of Kobushin bugyô (Small Public Works Magistrate). He was then reassigned to the position of Kyoto machi bugyô later that same year.
