Emperor Go-Tsuchimikado was an emperor of the Muromachi Period, reigning from 1464 until his death in 1500. His reign saw the outbreak of the Ônin War and the beginning of the Sengoku period.

He took the throne upon the abdication of Emperor Go-Hanazono. After his death in 1500, he was succeeded by Emperor Go-Kashiwabara.
