Ya Lanpao

Japanese/Chinese: 亜蘭匏 (A Ranpô / Yà Lánpáo)

A Ranpô, or Yà Lánpáo, was a Chinese-born official who served as the first prime minister (ôsô or kokusô) of the Okinawan kingdom of Chûzan. He served under King Bunei in the late 14th century, and perhaps into the very first years of the 15th century.
