Tsuchiya Toshinao was a fudai daimyô, lord of Kururi han in Kazusa province.

He became lord of Kururi, a 20,000 koku domain, in 1612. Three years later, at the age of 8, he served in the Osaka Summer Campaign. He was also named Minbu-no-shô in 1621, but suffered from many illnesses and lived a relatively retired life.
