  • Chinese: 帶方郡 (Taifang-jun; Daifang-jun)

Taifang prefecture, or commandery, was a political or administrative region within the late Han Empire. Located on the Korean peninsula, its administrative capital was located near modern-day Seoul.

Taifang is of particular relevance to Japanese history in that the kingdom of Wa is first described in the History of Wei (Wei-zhi) as being located to the southeast of Taifang.
