  • Japanese: 藤ノ木古墳 (Fujinoki kofun)

Fujinoki kofun is a 6th centurry kofun burial mound in Ikaruga, Nara prefecture. A number of items excavated from the site, including gilt bronze horse fittings, are among the best-preserved examples of their respective types from this period; rather than being oxidized green and deformed by age, many still display intricate gilded designs and a bright shine. Designated National Treasures, these objects are now held at the Archaeological Institute of Kashihara.
