Jump to navigationJump to searchTokitaka was powerful on the Miura Peninsula (in eastern Sagami province). He adopted his heir Yoshiatsu from the Uesugi, but when a natural son was born to Tokitaka, he forced Yoshiatsu into the priesthood. Yoshiatsu suddenly rebelled and Tokitaka was attacked at Arai in a night raid and killed along with his son.
