Narita Ujinaga
- Sons: Narita Ujimune
- Distinction: Hôjô, Tokugawa retainer
Ujinaga succeeded his father Nagayasu after a struggle for power with his younger brother Nagachika. He served the Hôjô in the Seige of Odawara and was afterwards given a fief by Tokugawa Ieyasu at Karasuyama in Shimotsuke province worth some 35,000 koku. His son Ujimune died without an heir and so the Narita fief passed to the Tokugawa.
