Emperor Go-Suzaku
Emperor Go-Suzaku was an emperor of the Heian period.
A son of Emperor Ichijô and grandson of Fujiwara no Michinaga, he succeeded his younger brother Emperor Go-Ichijô in 1036.
Fujiwara no Yorimichi served as kanpaku (regent) throughout Go-Suzaku's reign.
Go-Suzaku was succeeded by his son in 1045, who took the throne as Emperor Go-Reizei.
