Matsudaira Naoharu was a late Edo period lord of Itoigawa han in Echigo province. He retired in 1857 in favor of his son Matsudaira Naokiyo.[1]

One of his daughters, Makoto, was adopted by Matsudaira Shungaku (lord of Echizen han) and later married in 1853 to Abe Masahiro.[2]
